From your first quote request to final installation, nearly everything can be completed online, allowing you to move forward without the delays, pressure, or back-and-forth scheduling that usually comes with home improvement projects. Our process is designed to feel simple from beginning to end.
1. Start With a Free Online Quote
The process begins with a short online form where you provide your contact information, address, and a quick description of what you need.
Once submitted, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation that your request has been received, along with the next step: a virtual measurement and a custom proposal. You’ll also get a brief introduction to the WeatherWiz process and our “so seamless, it’s like magic” approach.
There’s no pressure, no in-home sales appointment required just to get started, and no waiting days for someone to stop by.
2. Immediate Follow-Up and Scheduling
Within minutes, you’ll receive a text and email from the WeatherWiz team explaining exactly what happens next. From there, you can:
Schedule a short online presentation
Request a callback window
Send photos of specific problem areas
Ask questions before moving forward
You’ll also receive a calendar confirmation with a Zoom or Google Meet link and an easy add-to-calendar option.
At the same time, our inside coordination team reviews your project details, confirms your address and service area, and gathers any additional information needed to keep the process moving smoothly.
3. Virtual Measurement and Proposal Preparation
Instead of sending someone out to manually measure your home, our team uses aerial imagery, GIS mapping tools, roofline measurement software, Street View technology, and any photos you provide to create an accurate layout of your gutter system.
We also evaluate factors that affect both performance and installation planning, such as two-story rooflines, longer gutter runs, pool cages or screened enclosures, drainage concerns, and any existing trouble spots around the home.
From there, we build a custom proposal tailored to your home. Options may include:
6" or 7" seamless gutters
Additional downspouts
Color upgrades
Fascia-related recommendations
4. Online Presentation and Digital Approval
Your online presentation is designed to be quick, clear, and informative, usually lasting around 15 to 20 minutes.
During the meeting, we will:
Walk through your home virtually
Review any drainage or gutter concerns
Show photos, diagrams, and measurements
Explain your options and pricing clearly
Answer questions in real time
You will receive your proposal during the call, allowing you to review the scope of work, timeline, and recommendations directly on your screen.
If you’re ready to move forward, you can approve the proposal digitally, sign online, and submit your deposit securely by card or ACH payment. You’ll immediately receive a receipt and a clear outline of the next steps.
5. Operations Handoff and Installation
Once approved, your project is transferred directly into our production system with all measurements, notes, photos, and signed documents already attached. Materials are prepared, and installation is typically scheduled within days rather than weeks.
Before installation day, you will receive reminders and preparation details covering:
Arrival windows
Vehicle access
Pets and gate access
HOA considerations
Weather-related updates
On installation day, you’ll receive a text when the crew is on the way, including technician information and vehicle details for easy identification.
Our in-house team completes the installation according to your approved plan while following detailed quality and cleanup procedures. Before leaving, we walk the property with you, review before-and-after photos, explain any water management improvements, and answer any final questions.
Any remaining balance can be paid securely on-site through a phone or tablet, and receipts are automatically emailed once payment is complete.
6. Reviews, Referrals, and Ongoing Support
Our relationship with homeowners doesn’t end once the gutters are installed. After the project is complete, you’ll receive a follow-up text or email with links to leave a review and share feedback about your experience. Referral opportunities and occasional homeowner incentives may also be included.

There's no handoff to a crew we didn't train, and no gap between what we promised and what shows up at your home. We also keep costs fair, and our pricing is straightforward from the start. WeatherWiz grew out of Absolute Aluminum, an established home improvement company in Southwest Florida, which means we bring the advantage of direct access to proprietary aluminum products without the added markup of a middleman. We’re not new to this region or to doing the work right.
